My bank just confirmed(after 1 week long wait) that my DD has been encashed on 4th September.Should I be happy?

I have been waiting for PER since 2 weeks already.Approximately when can I expect an e-mail from CIC please?

Hi Mohanna,

Congrats for ur PER. Can u briefly explain why u got rejected by VO in 2009. Becos once u get through CIC means the chances for rejection will be less from VO. What is the main reason for ur rejection. Any particular fault from ur consultant. This wud guide and help at least for some of our forum members.

It was very simple dear kumar, CIC and specially Warsaw visa office decided to decrease number of applicants on Backlog and also huge number of applicants in 38 occupation list which was without cap limit. they several time inform this mistake to applicants that for huge number of applicants received and they would not able to consider all applicants and long delay should be expected. simply, they decrease my education points from 22 to 20, and my total points came to 66 and rejected email issued by Warsaw visa office, whereas many people with my condition in London, Damascus had been gotten 22 regarding their similar education points, but not in 38 occupation, in 29 cap limit 1000. many applicants with this condition rejected at that time, also it has been happened for physicians to and they went through federal court.

As per my experience, before put in visa stamp on your passport, we can not investigate on any thing for immigration to CANADA.

I'm 2174 applicant, June 3

P.S.: I decided to accept a job offer from US employer and move to Seattle and not waste my time with Canada.
