Today is a day of these guys...... I just check sheet and come to know NDVO is not in mood on loosing managers.. they have very slow in sending AOR to 0211....

I've submitted an application for FSW 2013 NOC .2147. This application has been received on 12th July by DEXTER .Today, I called CIC Office to get UCI to follow the status but, I have shocked when the agent told me that your application is not appeared on the system and it is better to send an email for your case

What does that mean???

CIC is currently charging 24th June applicants....Since ur mode of payment is DD, u have to wait for 10 days or more.

What is time of that call.???

India time 12noon, once at around 300 pm. Third I cant find on my fone but it was while I was at work so between 10 and 5 pm.... This is more than 3 days back 4th Sep, 5th Sep and this Monday 9th Sep. Each time I missed it as it never came as a full call.. few seconds. I doubt its CIC as my CC was charged ages back. As I said must be just a coinicidence.

Thanks all , POF is a major issue for CA PR application . Why POF ?? While you get VISA and go to CA then for six month you can survive yourself w/o any help of others . So you may submit bank certificate with your application as well , if VO can ask for any statement 6/12 months then you have to provied . But as .my view that there is no right to any person / institution ( except Govt. authority ) to check the bank of any account holder details w/o permission , it is strickly prohabitat as per rule ( Banker opinion ) .

may be I'm wrong , exparts and senior pls. advise

Yeah heard the same thing, it is very difficult to verify Bank Statements for any party other than Government Organizations without authorization ... But if the case is Student Visa, some banks seems to comply with the embassy ... anyway congrats to ppl getting AORs... !

If its CIC than it must b in night time in india... It may be of other calls..
