To be honest, my wife sent the email today morning as well and not sure how it'll help. Made her send it since she's the prime applicant. I doubt too about the prompt response. Nevertheless, we may get our PPR before we receive the email response haha!

Probably that.. and same with me... i have two PCCs as well! my wife has 1 PCC, she has travelled to USA and Canada in the past for a month. 2-3 other countries for a shorter period and I'm guessing that's causing the delay...

How many applicants? do you have a long travel history or more than 1 pcc?
