Does not matter if it is first application or second. All they look at is the screen in front of them that shows them what rules they have in place. I hope you get positive eligibility assessment before they strat processing your file.

PV2 is just a code for provincial nominee. Doesnt tell much about the file.

oh ask me, i check ECAS atleast 5 times a day. I dont think any update on my ECAS is reflect on Tuesday. Its usually Friday when I see any changes. I hope we get PPR soon. Nov 20 PNP inland applicant.

For Paper based PR Applications, NO it does not fulfill positive eligibility assessment requirement. It fulfills receipt of AOR requirement. Please read the requirements for BOWP here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/prov/bridging.asp

You should have asked the agent about the eligibility assessment as well. They should tell you.

You can try and submit it through case specific inquiry. There is no guarantee that it will be mapped to your file but this is what CIC call centre agents are going to tell you. Also make sure that you have positive eligibility assessment set to passed for you to become eligible for BOWP. It...

You would have already received positive eligibility assessment. You can call CIC and check that. Otherwise they would not have give you the BOWP.

How do you know you have not received positive eligibility assessment?
