You need to ask in the citizenship area, not here.

I would STRONGLY encourage you to also do a forward from Canada Post as it may change in their system, they may ignore it and go with the address you had on your application. It has happened on here several times.

Your health card will arrive on time, they make sure of that. My husbands showed up a week before he could use it. If it doesn't (heaven forbid) then no you can't go in until you get the card as they swipe the card.
