I'm not sure but I'm curious too..what is in your permit?are you allowed to study or to attend any formal course?or if you're allowed to apply for study permit? taking care of your employer's child is good but suppose to be for at least one year fulltime not occasionally.. or if you want you try...

I think he still need to wait 3 years after she landed(maybe I am wrong but he can check it in his sponsorship papers relating to his ex wife)..eventhough they got separated until now she's still under his sponsorship..

no..I landed here in Vancouver,inland application...there's no need to exit because they're going to ask you to appear in person and to get your landing papers in person..
