Take a look at my timeline ... my app recvd on Oct 30th and I got charged just a few days ago. Unless any application under NOC 2132 has returned with a cap filled comment, keep being patient. You will hear good news soon. I had been disappointed a couple of weeks back.

Sorry to hear that. I have no idea about how long it takes for an application sent by CIO to be received in the middle-east but a few month before a friend of mine sent me a package by snail mail and it took 2 weeks to reach from US to Iran. Hope this helps.
