Sorry to hear that. I'm an Oct 30 applicant under the same NOC and still no charge to my CC. Trying to remain optimistic. It can be more useful if you mention the country you are applying from.

I can see ten applicants of Oct 30 (beside another October applicants) who didn't get charged until now. I'm not sure whether they haven't got charged or updated their entries. Does anyone have an idea?
