Thanks for looking on the bright side, but the line was not there last night as I checked. I used to check my ECAS every day and I am sure it has been appeared today. Do you mean that it's updated on the last Tuesday but appeared today?

Thanks psicolala, i have eventually decided to give another try to renew it and if it failed, I would consider writing to the VO. Anyway, I appreciate your help.

I've got it on March.

It takes 10 days to renew passports in my country but they asked for reason why we are trying to renew it as our passports are valid for the next 13 months. Anyway, thanks for replying.

Our passports (mine and my wife's both) are valid until 2016-08-29 while we have done our meds on 2015-03-11. Anyway, I can't understand why they asked for renewal.
