    As far as I know they count one calendar year. (52 weeks with 30 hr/week experience.) When we work more than 30 hours, typically 37.5 hours/week or 40 hours/week they will only count 30 hours instead.

    Even though they have our UCI, not sure if they really link our applications for PR and BOWP. Both applications get processed differently. CIC approved my BOWP 12 days after my PR was approved.
