    It's not necessary everyone to get Biometrics request. If you have given in the past say for study permit, you won't get a request.

    Yes. Depending on your duties you could be under NOC 4021 or NOC 4011. You don't need to show certifications for immigration purposes, it's more for Canadian employers who may ask you to provide if you want to enter into teaching stream.
