Yes, it did, and you don't need permission from cic.

No address. Only your name, sex, date of birth, nationality, and passport number.

I just called cic and the agent told me that she cannot give me much info about my application because it is in their office in Paris, France. Anyone else in the same position?

I just received my PC from Japan and uploaded it. I will call them in a week or so to checkif everything is ok. I sugeest you call them as well.
