Answer for Visa Office Enquiry from CIC

Hi!

I am Turkish and I live in Turkey. I sent enquiry mail to CIC and I got answer yesterday. It says:

"Please note that your application is currently being processed at the visa office in Paris. "

Is this normal? Why in Paris, not in Ankara(Turkey)??? I started to worry so much. What's happening with my application?

Here my details;
PNP-Outland (Express Entry)
AOR - 7 March
MEP - 14 July

Application status We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. Help
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Help
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam. Help
Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents. Help
