Yes, I have filed my PR appln. with spouse's PF balance as POF. Many people have got PR this way. Make sure you get a letter from the PF office about your PF balance. Thanks

It is simple. Go with the NOC which has best documentation in the prescribed format. I.e reference letter. Doesn't matter if it is recent as long as it is 3+ years in last 10 years from today.

If this is your CURRENT job put your CURRENT location in work history and put past locations in LOE and Address History. So your location should be Calif. This is very important.

Location does not matter as long as you were with the same employer. Just mention the most recent location as one line. You can add a note about this in LOE since this will reflect in your personal/address history data. Include all 14 months if on same NOC. Location is meaningless within a...
