Will your employer exclude these days from the experience letter? If not, you should go ahead. It makes no difference to IRCC as long as your employer gives you work-ex letter till May 28th .

That is a problem. Do you need 2 years of score to meet the cut off of current ITA?

Accept and complete the filing on or after May 28th. That way your filing will be accurate even if ITA is not. Filing date (AOR) is what matters.

Last year they started slow and increased draw size rapidly. This year they are more consistent in draw size.

I am a 2018 ITA and visited ROH due to curiosity of today's brutal draw. I spent so many days of 2018 here. We thought 2018 was brutal compared to 2017 when people with 413 got ITA. Now 2019 is destroying everything. God be with you guys. Let me know if I can offer any help.
