Not sure where you get these informations from , I'd request you to first be sure of what to be conveyed before commenting. It's perfectly allowed to fax or courier the degree/provisional certificate to WES as they don't require it to be attested. Fax is pretty quick and cheap as well...

No one can say unless you get it evaluated, but CES is far better than WES. BSC for sure would get the Bachelor's equivalency as it's from DU, not sure how DAVV would be evaluated

1) You should mention it as per your passport. Try emailing them well in advance letting them know about the spelling mistake 2) you can make a change of name affidavit and submit once you get an ITA.

Hello nancy20, Once you get the COPR and finish the landing formalities you enjoy the same benefits as of a Canadian citizen except for voting therefore you can study once you are a PR and shall be taken as a domestic student . -Tousif
