Working in 2 companies

Hello Experts , Kindly review on my query and advise accordingly.

I was working from 2015-2019 in UAE and now relocated to India, however the company agreed to keep my visa active to continue my employment and I work part time for them from India. I have joined a full time job in India , will there be a problem with dual employment? I am however not claiming any points for this for both.

Secondly I am using my UAE banks savings account to show my POF, will it be a problem as I have relocated to India and work here ?

You don't have to mention the part-time part at all. For work history, mention only your full-time experience in UAE.

In personal history section, mention only the full-time UAE experience + your current job in India.

As for POF, it doesn't matter where your account is. You just need to be able to get the required letters (balance certificate, liability letter for credit cards, bank statements if necessary) etc.

Im not claiming points for neither ( UAE 4 years (15-19) experience as well as the current job in India ) as Im claiming points only for job done in India between 2010 to 2014, therefore as suggested I'l mention both in personal history .

My concern is during background check what if they find out the part time job im doing in UAE? As my passport will still have an active valid UAE visa and we need to send scanned copy of all the pages.

Having an active visa doesn't matter. What matters is that you no longer live there. I have lived in the UAE almost my whole life, and I have maintained an active residence visa even when I moved away for university and short-term overseas work

Thank you so much @hodari for calming my nerves down...one last question , my part time work which I'm doing its salary will be credited in my UAE account, does that affect my application in any way? Knowing the fact that I'm working full time already in India and getting a salary here

Depends on how large the part-time salary is. If it's more than 2K aed a month it might be better to mention that in an LOE.
