Urgent Query on Name Missspelt on Degree Certificates/Marksheets

Hi Guys
There is a small issue with the spelling mistake on my degree / marksheets. It has "e" instead of "i"
ONLY ONE LETTER IS MISSSPELT

Example
Name in Passport - ****i

Name in Degree / markseets - ****e

1. When applying for ECA from WES/ICES/CES - what should i mention - the same as per passport or name per Degree/Marksheet

2. Will it create a problem if i get a invitation to apply later ?

Please advise from you experience

1) You should mention it as per your passport. Try emailing them well in advance letting them know about the spelling mistake

2) you can make a change of name affidavit and submit once you get an ITA.

What do you mean by change of name affidavit - i have not changed my name - its just a minor spelling error. Can you please clarify ?

I meant make an affidavit stating that there is a spelling mistake in the name and both the names represent you.
