1 year program = 1 year PGWP 1.5 PGWP is an exception, not a rule. Usually PGWP may be only 1 or 3 years. However, there are lots of different exceptions like 1.5 year or 2years, I even saw 3.5 years after 1 year program.

You need to have Work Permit with employer on it, to be able to claim 50 points without LMIA, but to get WP with employer on it you need LMIA ;D

I am waiting on LMIA now with 451 points in EE. (LMIA gives 50 points, not 20)

Why LMIA 0% ? :D Fot some people 50 points is enough for ITA, it's less than before for sure, but it's still points.
