They rejected my application as incomplete because the wrong background check was ordered in the USA. So I had to resubmit a new profile and am waiting for another invite.

What is wrong background check? How did you do it? I mean I also had done it through some agency as fast process, is it ok?

You should go for it cuz whenever there is a draw (today, tomorrow, next year - you will be picked) but if you cancel then getting an appointment in mid december wont be easy. I would do it regardless if there is a draw or not.

The time you mentioned was the time they determined the cut off, not the time they published the result. Last draw was published around 17:30 UTC, so we still have chance to have a draw today.

I already did medicals in June this year hoping that i would get call. But did not get till now.

If i get the call in any of the next draw, do i need to go for medicals again or June one will be considered?

June one will be considered, but as you have to land before it expires, it means that if you get your PPR after June, you'll need another medical before you land. You have to have a valid (less that 1 year old) medical when you land.
