Certificate does not have any expiry date. You can apply for passport in local passport office or service Canada locations. Just Google for address.

Just make sure the marriage is real/valid and the girl is not marrying him for Canadian citizenship.

So you can either get paper or email for oath?

It is not a requirement. As far as I know they are evaluating you based on your days spent in Canada, not your marriage. The only reason someone may include a marriage certificate is if that was asked of them.

How long does it take to get Decision Made on ECAS after test and interview ?

You dont need a health card. Just have passport, PR card, Driving license, or other government issued ID...they just want verify you are who you say you are. Unless they state, there is no other step before oath.

Is this a requirement? Is your passport in a different language, because I thought passports are normally in English. Also does CIC have any information about these translated pages? Thank u.
