NOC Letter Review

Hi,

My mother’s school provided her an NOC letter template for the purposes of visiting Canada. I will be sponsoring her on super visa. Please advice-if the following template is suffice or not.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter is to confirm that Ms. Xxxxx has been employed with us since 09 JANUARY, 2009 on a full-time basis. She is currently working as a Vice Principal at our school and her current annual salary is BDT 305,000.

Ms. Xxxxx has expressed her interest in visiting Toronto, Canada for attending her only son’s wedding. Her leaves for this overseas trip has been approved. Our school has no objection regarding her visit to Canada. We expect Ms. Xxxx to report for work upon completion of her said trip.

Just add on exact dates like date she lands and fly's out of Canada ...length of stay is a major refusal when it comes to eligibility plus do keep your request to just 2weeks to counts funds

Does her funds matter too even though I will be sponsoring her and my income is well above the LICO? Regarding the date range, for some reason her school is reluctant to provide date ranges due to uncertainties from Covid restrictions. I raised the same issue regarding dates, let's see if they agree.

Can I ask how Lico works?

For example, a family of 4, husband, wife, 2 kids - with parents total 6. So that's $62000ish for last 3years?

LICO is amount earned in Canada and not income. That is the reason people often need to wait at least a year to apply for a supervisa.
