I'm very sorry to hear that bro. I wish you luck in the next application. If you feel it's difficult to get the Canadian visa, consider other options like Australia, Ireland or Netherlands.

I wonder if the delay is a sign for approval. I have seen applicants of Abu Dhabi office getting rejections in less than 2 months. What do you think guys? @Shaild

as I have seen in the forum, if eligibility didn't start, it doesn't mean they haven't yet started processing your application, they are processing it. Some people got their PPR after 2 or 3 weeks of eligibility review start.

Defer it a Year is too much. I can't wait for a full year. I'm not sure if there is an another option.

Guys, your applications are being processed in Abu Dhabi office which is a very very slow VO. I hope you hear back very soon.

Medical request is usually sent in the later stages of the application when its near completion and it's a positive sign of approval. I'm waiting for a medical request too.

Bro you should go for higher studies. You already have BBA and your going to study Diploma (a lower credential), It doesn't make any sense. You should go for Post-Graduate diploma, PG certificate or master's. I believe that is the main reason for refusal.

yeah you are right,, I thought you already have both PG and MBA. every country has its own immigration policy, Canada is very tough and strict. Your refusals are not for misrepresentation so ,in my opinion, I don't think they will impact your applications to other countries.

It doesn't make sense that you are going to study MBA while you already have PG and MBA. You should explain this. try to consult with an immigration agent. If it is difficult to go to Canada, try Australia or Ireland.

I feel your concerns guys,,, the problem is the Abu Dhabi office, they take so long time to process applications. Anyways, I have just checked Pakistan processing times it is 27 weeks!! this is too much so you may wait longer since it's within the range time. I hope you hear from them very soon.
