Dual Refusal - PR and student

I had applied in the general pool and they picked me up.

Not sure can I do the same thing again. And what impact my refusals will have..

I received me ITA in November 2019 and Jan 2020 I had the refusal. Oct 2020 I received the confirmation of enrollment from university in canada. March 2021 applied for student visa and April 2021 received the refusal for student visa

And now its Masters degree

yeah you are right,, I thought you already have both PG and MBA.

Also if I try Australia or Ireland will these rejections have any impact??

every country has its own immigration policy, Canada is very tough and strict. Your refusals are not for misrepresentation so ,in my opinion, I don't think they will impact your applications to other countries.

But I am still looking forward to apply for a Canadian PR as I have the missing document.
It's just I m scared of the already 2 refusals. I dont want to mess up things for myself.

And I want to go the right way without any misrepresentation.
