They just returned the whole packaged. without AOR. Di rin sila nagsend ng email to resubmit ur application, nagindicate lang sila ng letter sa package then nkalagay dun ung reason kung bakit binalik nila ung application. In short they didn't process the application..

I had almost same scenario,. I sent my application august 31 2015, credit card that I used got expired 1 week before CIC process my application,. CIC returned all my documents, so I resubmit my application last dec 14 together with my new credit card information, They didn't contact me...

yup im also paper based. Yes that's the link where we can check the status of our application. as soon as we got our AOR after 1 week we can try to check it in that link..

Manila Visa office is very fast is processing applicants. whats you VO? September applicants who got AOR last nov receiving their MR since Monday.

We have a closed timeline, my application received by CIC office today Dec 14 Province nominated - Manitoba

Yeah as of now they are prioritizing Syrian refugees but I think they still process regular applicants just like how they process previous regular applicants. you're right its not enjoyable, but we don't have a choice. but to wait and wait and wait.
