R u inland applicant?? as per other post, process of inland applicant is slower than outland. Those who applied 1st week of November are getting their AOR. So expect yours within 1 to 2 weeks.

yeah youre right, its kinda weird. they also ask for all the papers and medical of my aunt's husband though he's not accompanying nor included in the application. so that's the reason they got refused.

its because of the criminal background of her husband. but they were separated for so many years. and his husband is not included in their application. I don't know why they were denied.

I just wanna share my aunt's / cousin's situation before. My aunt is the principal applicant then my cousins are the dependents, they are done and passed the medical, they paid all the fees. But after almost a month they got refused/denied due to background check. So I think in some situation...

January is the month of OCT-NOV Applicants. So I guess FEB is for NOV-DEC than MArch is fro DEC-JAN applicants..
