Well I found tons of text messages between us so that was a good idea. Well for my student loan it considered me single so I assumed it was the same for everything else. Got my bank statements gonna work from there.

Ok guys I got a letter, it's almost done but they want more proof we're in a common-law, according to them the proof we sent is only good until july 2010, yeah I know :P So we need the extra document proving June 2010 , which is absurd because we've been living together even longer than that...

There should be no problem then, I've read of tons of people landing their vehicles that way. Regardless once he's a permanent resident of Canada he won't have any issues going across the border to finish the work he has to do with importing his car.

I think he's supposed to land with the car. Yeah exactly what they told you at the border, when he "lands" he declares that he's bringing in his car. I'm sure they know how to deal with it at the border, I have a question when he does land will he be driving across or will it by air?

Well guys this is the week where they are going to try and elimintate the backlog so I have a feeling we'll see some action thie week. Fingers crossed for everyone who's still waiting :)

There isn't going to be any movement until that week they close the office to eliminate the backlog. Well that's my logical thinking!

If that post is real about them closing the Buffalo office in the second week of June to eliminate the backlog, then that's good news for at of us who are still waiting since last year :) Let's hope we all hear good news.
