I disagree on this as 90 % of my friends from Mississauga and Scarborough who applied in this time frame are already citizens. But again every case is different.

In my opinion it is case to case. From what I see is June and Mississauga both are at par.

Passport shows entry and exit stamps, U can not apply for citizenship without sending photocopy of your passport. If u apply without it , they might return your application or ask you to send photocopy of it. In short photocopy of passport is mandatory
