    Flight, Airbnb for 15 days, COPR issued before March 18th. For the re-entry I specifically asked CBP about this and here's what they said in their email: 'Again, the recent border restrictions affect land travel. They do not affect travelers entering by air, freight rail, or sea.'

    Not sure about a letter from the embassy, But, I don't really trust the folks at the boarding gate with the IRCC travel exemption . Just to avoid explaining stuff to them.

    Yes, that's the same list I got and am flying over to Toronto next Sunday. Edit: Am also carrying the copy of the Email from the Airlines confirming that I can board.

    CBSA stuff can be found here: https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/contact/bis-sif-eng.html AFAIK, IRCC would be a webform. @raxx.cater can confirm if he/she has an email address for IRCC.

    I can confirm that CBSA is in line with this. I just called them and they just said that COPRs issued before that date can get in even if they are non-essential.

    Alright, just got off the call with CBSA and the lady said that if I got my COPR before March 18 (which I have), I can fly over to Canada, even if am not an essential worker.
