Shyam, in addition to language points, you get 50 or so additional points under "Skills Transferability Factors" if you achieve CLB 9 in all 4 sections. Try keying in min IELTS scores for CLB 9 in the tool and check.

Depends on which part of Pune or Canada. Quality of life is probably better in Canada. If you can trade cold weather for hot but polluted weather go for Pune. Or if you have family there. I consider myself a Pune resident though past several years I am in US. Real estate to buy is pricier...

Dont be settled for 6. Try to get as much as you can. IELTS is super important in getting a decent score.
