no one can tell you how long it will take them to get back to you. Usually if they need additional documents, they will contact you. I would recommend you order GCMS notes. You will see if those documents were added to the file, and if the VO has any particular notes on your application.

Your application is still at the very beginning stage. For timelines, check out the new delhi thread and see where applicants are with their timelines. You will get a better understanding of when you might hear next. Your first correspondence may not come through until the new year...

i wonder if it's worth sending additional proofs such as any trips taken since application was originally filed? I am pregnant and I had sent a doctor's note. My GCMS notes doesn't indicate it was ever received.

Next set is due to come in a week. So hopefully there is an update. As mentioned before, I ordered notes that were generated a week after I went into process, and back then nothing had been started. Thank you for your response. Appreciate it.
