Yes I received my CSQ June 2nd 2019. I received my instructions from the Federal Government to apply to Quebec around the end of March and sent it around 10th April, came back in just under 2 months therefore.

I'm still waiting for my background check to be done, I've got my OWP since 31st May 2019. I had to send my UK Police Certificates up front instead of behind (that's my my application was sent back, the one and only error). I've still not been asked for my medical or my biometrics yet either...
