    Totally agree, rather than waiting and sitting in ambiguity, just email them and explain them that you submitted the form, and explain your situation. Quote Application File Number and date of submission and how did you submit the RCMP report. Good luck!

    The files I think are randomly selected and you cannot ask for file to be transferred.

    I dont think so you can request for file to be transferred. It will be processed at Manila office, however if your parents are in Canada you can complete medicals and send passports for visa stamping at Ottawa office.

    That is amazing! That was fast that you found that medical passed; unfortunately I cannot link my application to GC key, so I have no idea about medicals. All it says in e-case is "Medicals have been received" Wishing you best and hoping you get PPR soon!

    It just means that they are conducting background checks. If you have already done and passed medicals, this is next step and after background check is complete, hopefully you should be receiving PPR.

    Hi there- Your parents will need to get Police clearance from local police in city they are currently residing. On the letter you will receive from IRCC, it would specify how you need to submit the report. On my letter they specified an email address where the report was need to be submitted...
