Did you by any chance scan the RCMP certificate?
Can you see on MyCIC if you can upload it over there? When did their medical and initially police certificate was submitted?
I would say do not waste time waiting for them to reply to your web form request. Try to see if you can upload it on MyCIC or if not draft a letter and explain to them that you already mailed it in June. Attach your receipt for proof and also attach photocopy in the letter and mail it to London Visa Office ASAP. Also in your letter do not forget to write their Application number.
Good Luck!

Totally agree, rather than waiting and sitting in ambiguity, just email them and explain them that you submitted the form, and explain your situation. Quote Application File Number and date of submission and how did you submit the RCMP report. Good luck!

yes i have the copy of RCMP certificate.

No there is no link or place to upload any document on MyCIC under status and messages or view my application.

I have prepared a letter explaining that we already have sent the Original RCMP Certificate in June with Fedex proof of delivery which shows front desk person name and his or her sign. I have attached the copy of RCMP Certificate as well.

We are going to courier it tomorrow.

Hey ZTariq,

Did you hear anything from LVO.Mine is still same with background check not yet started And i think police clearence is expiring in a month so will i need new one ?

S

Hey,

I am not sure why is RCMP involved in here? Why are they asking you for this information? did you not provide your travel history under the addresses you stayed at and for how long in the IMM form? Please provide more info on the background of this letter.
Did they ask you to provide RCMP letter just like local Police certificate from Home country? I am assuming RCMP letter was asked because your parents are in Canada or stayed in Canada for over 6 months?

Regards,

Just a quick update on my file:

Got my gcms notes
LVO-Ottawa
Medical was expiring on November 3rd, 2017
They renewed med until 08 august 2018

Good news: Well at least an agent has noticed that medicals are about to expire, and the option of extending the medicals is available

Bad news: it seems that it will take longer than two months to get the PPR

Hey,

Nope nothing yet on our file as well. Our police certificates already expired in August since they were valid for 6 months only. As far as I know they don't ask for police certificates again if they get expired. Other forum members might be able to confirm. problem is London visa office is dealing with so many cases from so many countries so keep on tight hopefully our process for PPR will start soon.

Thanks for the update. It's great news that they are extending medicals instead of making do them again.

yes indeed .. I was so worried that my parents would have to re-do their medicals, so at least now we know that they can extend the medicals if they need to :)
