Had our test Oct2. Everything OK and to look for oath within 2 months... and now after more than a month, no eCAS update, no DM, no mail yet. Last ATIP suggested ongoing security screening while called for test... have ordered another ATIP...

What was it that you wanted to know with your ATIP? Check the latest dates for the updates. You will be lucky if you had any triage values since they are all whited out... Also depends on the stage of processing of your application. None of the security details will be on it if they are still...

Thanks. So need to be ready for this. Been a month after test no updates on eCAS... Have ordered ATIP... May be I will find they have sent it back to Sydney...

@Ambient, I see that you have had your test quite a while ago, and nothing after. Was their any request for more docs? Any eCAS update as to give you clues about the status? What did u find with your Aug ATIP?

Some update is better than no update. If it was OK at the interview, it should be something minor, probably documents to support residence may be... no update since Oct2 test for us...

nothing yet for us. no updates on eCAS, no mails, most likely they would want some doc... may be ATIP might give a clue, but that's not until another 2- 3 weeks, hopefully eCAS updates by then or the snail mail...

Yes eCAS down. May be they are doing some massive updates. Who knows we may end up with some real updates or some wacky updates...

For most ppl eCAS updates first... There are ppl who have had the oath invitation and the eCAS still says in process and no change after LOT!!

It's a month now for us no DM, no eCAS updates about any doc being requested, nothing in mail either. Have ordered ATIP, the last ATIP wasn't very informative. I doubt if this one would be any help, but anyway. There's a warning that CIC is inundated with ATIP requests!! Somebody needs to...

A lot of them will be similar say around 15... but you will sure see 5 or more totally new questions that you have never seen in those tests, but are straight from the book... there are lots of ways to milk that booklet for questions that probably has nothing to do with your knowledge of Canada...

No, they asked nothing about our 6 yr old twins. Didn't ask to see any of their documents including passport. I had them with me any way.

No consent asked, so most likely not recorded. Most "interviews" last a couple of minutes, verification of passport stamps and identity and casual questions regarding work and of course about any police/ immigration problems ever... routine

Not sure if each one gets separate tests. But there are definitely more than one. Could be 5-10. But then there could be over 25 taking the test. So couples might end up having the same test and so they make sure couples have no way of communicating. I guess they don't care to see if there...

The eCAS for kids (unless they have written the test) doesn't change, but they get the certificate when you do. eCAS updates (or lack of updates) unfortunately do not always reflect the current status of the application. The call center don't do a good job either about the current status...

Actually anywhere!! Download the audio/ pdf file on to your phone and you are set!! (Sure you didn't mean that, but you know where to look for help, didn't you?)
