just went through your earlier posts and got my answer. So your mycic updated on Oct 17th and your tracker got activated on 18th at around 6pm. That means my tracker should get activated in couple of hours...

He asked specifically for English speaking cities ,so Montreal and Quebec city can be removed. Also, not sure what the hell Brampton and Hamilton doing in the list. Vancouver not much IT jobs. Alberta going through worst financial times. Winnipeg is good if you can find a job before moving...

It depends case to case. In my case it took one day. Others i have seen from few days to weeks. Hopefully, very soon in your case. You can go through earlier posts in this thread or another thread "PNP-PR_Jan-Feb-march 2015" and see a trend to give you an idea. Again,it depends on case to case...
