I checked with IRCC and the agent was super confused about GED ,did not have any idea about. Later finished call with saying it has to be diploma or degree . NO certificate. When i go through IRCC website it says certificates are acceptable too.

you guys are right. GED for those who dont have secondary education and hence after GED one can apply to college or university in Canada for post-secondary studies. Thats why i asked as i assumed its equivalent to Canadian secondary education. I guess, speaking to IRCC will clarify this.

hello All those who have successfully landed can you please check stamp in passport and see the date? is this date and one in COPR which says " you became PR on ".... dd/mm/yy...." the same?

Hello I had notified during my application was in process regarding my child birth and submit all docs and got reply from CIC that they have updated. Now,when we receive COPR it does not show our child as dependent. Does this means that only non-canadian,non-PR will be shown as dependent in COPR?

If you are inland applicant then you,ll get passport via normal canada post mail with no tracking and it can get lost(i experienced this once while renewing visa)
