This is a generic message and does not confirm security screening. Your application is close to its final stage. You can only be certain of security screening through GCMS notes. I received this same message twice and got my PPR a month later. Keep calling the agents and raising CSE or order...

But were you not given a job description with your contract documents when you got hired? You could have submitted that along with the reference letter from your employer. I am surprised your employer doesn't write job duties in reference letters because even job ads list the duties and...

Raise a CSE informing them about the mistake and the fact that you have called and was told they would be sending it again. A friend of mine had a similar issue but he kept sending them CSE until they resent the PPR.

I think if you want to use your PR status for the visitor visa, you need to have arrived in Canada and registered in the country as a PR. 2. Purpose for visiting could be anything, you just need to have a justified reason, how long they will stay, where they will be staying during the visit.

I think they will resend the PPR email because I have a friend with a similar case and he has his COPR now. It might take a while but they should resend it. I will suggest you keep intouch with CIC through calls and web form incase you dont receive it anytime soon.

If you can get a reference letter from the company stating that you worked full time with the hours, it should help

No one can really what causes the delay but overtime it has been noticed that due to other organisations/countries involved, security check takes longer than the usual. What were you told about eligibility and criminality? CIC is unpredictable an alot of patience is needed.
