Try and raise a CSE asking for the current status of your application. Since its been approved, you should get a response that a decision has been made on your application and hopefully they will send PPR

Dont buy into the 10months timeline she gave you. I think you your file has been approved awaiting for PPR to be initiated. It should come within the coming weeks. You can check in with a CSE after awhile. All the best

Your PPR is on it's way. Got the same message and received PPR the following day. You can place a call to them and let them know about the CSE response you got and its usually a positive decision.

It means both actually. Assessments are done and waiting for final review by a senior officer and it is usually a standard reply for applications in the finalization stage, be hopeful.
