I think your criminality is in process if not passed already because your PCC is majorly for criminality assessment. Additional verification could mean alot of thing, like security, POF etc. I guess you just need to be patient. Your eligibility is met and that's a good thing. You can raise CSE...

Thanks! I hope you get yours soon. From my GCMS notes, I found out that the background verification was criminality and security which was done by third party agencies like RCMP. They didn't contact my employer.

Since you confirmed all is passed, there's nothing more you can do other than to keep raising CSE and calling since you are over 6months. Do you know your VO? You can try sending an email maybe that can help.
