It seems like currently April applicants are getting AORs. I applied in July and still waiting.

Question: I have not received my AOR yet and my nomination certificate has expired as of Nov 22. How would it impact the things? Like does it make any difference since I sent my PR application in time etc. Or I need to get extension of my nomination certificate.

I think you don't need travel authorization. Just gather the proofs of spouse in Canada and the status of the spouse and written job offer and board the plane.
