I sent all docs in Feb and haven't heard back from Scarborough office. Waiting for test, I applied in Oct 2014. The timelines don't mean anything as I have seen some RQ applications process faster than others. So I guess the best option is to sit back and relax!

Did you by any chance ever got a Travel Document after landing as a PR but before getting the PR card? I have read atleast 3 cases in the forum and another friend of mine too got the CIT 0171 for this very reason(just guesses so far!). Good to know they are sending out the test invites for RQs...

Scarborough office has slowed down considerably as well. I applied in Oct 14, got RQ in Jan 15 and responded to the RQ in Feb. I haven't heard anything since then and still waiting for test. Not sure if anything can be done here except wait and watch.

Any Oct applicant still waiting for a test? I received RQ and submitted all details to the Scarborough CIC office in early Feb. I haven't heard anything back yet. I am thinking of ordering ATIP but not sure if that will help. I guess I will just have to wait and watch :(
