Lets hope for that. However please be aware not all applicants from Aug/Sep/Oct 2020 received AoR. IRCC is picking random... probably single person, not-complex files are picked first.

It means there was an update on your file on 2020/11/09. You should able to find notes in the end of the ATIP notes. One of the the note specify the date of AOR letter sent. I guess every file has above entry. Please note I am just sharing my perspective here.

If you are moving to Montreal with PR, Kid has to go to french school or expensive private english school.

If you are on WP, your kids can go to public English school. You should be getting a closed work permit, wife will get open work permit and kid will get study permit. if you choose to go with Quebec for PR, after CSQ, kid needs to go to French school.

I assume they issue soft copy and printout of the soft copy should work.
