Hello, Yes it is possible. Please check with your employer to process VJO. After VJO approval, you may be invited for CSQ . After CSQ approval, you may apply for Federal. However MIFI may apply different criteria every time when they pick from arrima EOI pool.

I received an email and able to download the soft copy of CSQ from Mon project. Am I going to receive the physical letter in mail?

I received the value test link at the same time when they sent the documents list.

Employer need to file application for validated job offer. Typically ministry takes 1 or 2 months to process.
