I linked my application to GcKey Account. The PR card processing time starts from the day you receive eCOPR. I send the same email but separately. I will recommend you to send an email to different offices, But don't expect any reply from them, but you will see some progress in your application...

I didn't get any ghost update. But I sent them an email 3 continuous days to process my PR Card Application, with an explanation about my application exceed processing time

Today, I send email to IRCC Ottawa and Calgary Office and explain I pass the PR card processing time and did not get any update and after 2 - 3 hours from email, I got update on my PR Portal that my photo is rejected, need to submit new one.

Got eCOPR on Nov/12/2021 (VO Ottawa). It's already been more than 58 days. But I did not receive my PR Card. I try contacting IRCC through multiple webform, phone and through twitter, but no body is answering me.

Yes, You can if they requested you then. If you try to submit upfront medical then you have to submit it via Webform.

Open Your GCKEy Account and go to your application and there is a button called View Submitted application & Upload Document, Click on that and if they requested any document it will show you a place to upload there. Sometimes people do not get the option there to upload the requested...

On this site, I saw some people get it after 15 days. You can try one thing send an email to that same email address and add your info like UCI Number, Name, DOB and say I did not get credentials email it's been 10 days.

Just wait, you will get it soon. I got 2nd Portal email after 4 days.

I got the first email on 7th Nov and the second on 11th Nov @10:00 PM MST. There is no fixed timeline for the second email, I saw some people get it the same day, and some wait for 15 days. But don't worry you will get it soon.
