I got my nomination today. Yesterday my employer got email from AINP Officer for verification.

I submitted all the documents and I got email they put my application in queue for processing.

Nothing yet.. Still waiting. I guess they will process files in January 2021 now.

What additional document they requested you to submit ?

My IELTS result is missing because my exam was postponed three times due to COVID-19. So with my AINP application I attached a explanation letter and my IELTS Booking confirmation. So they issued a AINP file number and put my application on hold.

You have to be graduated from Alberta university/college for AINP under AOS stream, if you are PGWP holder. You can try with Alberta Express Entry. But you are not eligible for AOS stream.
