No, you have to manually check ECAS it will show decision made and on gckey it will not gonna update anything. That's what I experience.

Did you got the second email yet (The Portal Credentials one) ?

Confirmation Portal https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en Because some times people create this account by their self and use the same email address. Not a issue but they will not receive any credentials email because their account already exist.

Did you already created a account with the email which you use to reply for portal confirmation ? If so, they will not gonna sent you email for credentials you have to manually check your account

Yes I'm I got First Portal email on Nov-07 and replied same day. after that nothing waiting for credentials email ? What about you, when you got first email ?
