Hello seniors , I have the ontario nomination valid till august based on that i got the invitation to apply for PR. i wont be able to gather all the doc with in 60 days. if i decline the ITA for PR does that mean i will loose 600 points.Please advice Thanks

hello siva, i m in the same situation .did you decline the invitation ..if you did decline it have you got another invitation.

it will take more than a month to get the certificate and i wont be able to submit the doc on time

Not sure how long will it take for CRA ruling..but remember you can request ruling on last year experience.. As per the checking of self-employed box.. if you check you wont get the point.. But if cant make it about 450 then i think it would be worth taking risk ..
