As stated in the thread, this isn't specific to UK citizens. I am sponsoring a Pakistani applicant and I don't think the 29 months (or even 20 months) for myself or non-UK citizens should be acceptable.

Scylla, there was some confusion when you quoted half the statement: There is a big difference in statement when you say: 80% of cases take longer than 2 years and when you say: 80% of cases exceed 2 years to be completed But i think it can be worded better.
