How do you get your rogers cell phone text messages?

If you can see them on your computer screen, then just do a screen capture by pressing "print scrn" button on your keyboard. Then open up MS paint. Then paste into MS paint (edit - paste). Then print from MS paint (file - print)

    Birth After Landing

Average cost is $10,000. according to this article: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2012/02/24/bc-motelbaby.html It could be cheaper if it is a simple birth, or a lot more expensive if their are complications.

    Is this implied status?

My understanding is that it is NOT implied status. But CIC will still process the application and it can be approved and all that. You get implied status when stage one of the PR comes thru. But as far as CBSA is concerned you are illegal and can be deported at their whim. CIC should make this...

Getting pregnant during Spouse in Canada Family Sponsorship.

The birth will not be covered, unless the woman's insurance covers that. It doesnt matter that the baby is a Canadian. Source: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2012/02/24/bc-motelbaby.html Hopefully by the time the baby is born, the wife will have healthcare, because it will be impossible...

Bringing my wife to Canada soon after the wedding

It shouldn';t be an issue, Americans dont need a visa to enter Canada. This OP is about a country where you can not come to Canada at all for any reason unless you apply for Visa of some sort. And the only Visa's they can grant you, are only granted if they are 100% sure you will leave the...

Is being a member of a church part of an organization?

Attending a church is not the same as being a member. Anyone can attend my church, but to become a member you have to attend for a while, then get baptised. Then the church elders had a little meeting to elect you to membership. You are not supposed to belong to two churches at the same time.

    Owing Government taxes

CBSA's job isnt to give you any useful advice, and i wouldnt trust them to tell the truth since they are allowed to lie as part of their job. Their job is to deport you or keep you out of the country, or catch you stuff you shouldnt have. Thats it. They are not there to help you in anyway. I...

    Overview of Parental Sponsorship

Hi, i am trying to get a basic idea of how parental sponsorship works. I know it is "on-hold" at the moment (Until Dec 2013), but assuming they start accepting applications again, it seems like the basic overview is: 1.) Parents apply outland from homecountry 2.) PR granted, they move to...

I am citizen of US, what are chances I get called for an interview??

It is only common-law if the relationship is conjugal. 2 people living together for 12 months as roomates does not make them common-law. Im not sure if the crown ever forces common-law status on anyone. It seems to be something that can be applied for to demand certain rights (in child...

    Spouse Immigration from within Canada

This may be technically correct, however i think the best recomendation would be to try to renew the visa and keep a valid visa during the PR application process if at all possible for as long as possible. If you can't do that, then you can use the implied status described above, but that should...

DO NOT COME TO CANADA (Part II)

Getting a good job in Canada is very hard. I was BORN here and I still found it incredibly hard. In fact, my first full time job was when i moved to Japan to teach english. The Canadian job market is ROUGH. Personal connections are very important. Nepotism is rife. Forget about applying for any...

After the application is submitted will we qualify for healthcare or work/study?

My wife and I have recently applied under the inland spouse visa because she lives in Canada with me (I am a citizen). According to the website it should take 8 months to get her PR. Will she be able to qualify for healthcare before that? Will she be permitted to work/study before the PR is...
